Transition to Sense

Moving projects from HyperLabel to Sense

HyperLabel is moving from a desktop client to a web-based application! It will become an integral part of the Sixgill Sense AI IoT platform and offer all the same labeling features you love.

We know change can be hard, but we are really excited about this as it will allow us to offer lots of new functionality, like connecting IP cameras to collect training data, model building and deployment. We are really excited to launch some new ML assisted labeling tools in the near future as well. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@sixgill.com.

If you have projects that you want to keep working on, you will need to export them in HyperLabel JSON format and re-import them through the web app.

Files from Local Storage data sources will NOT be imported to the web app. If you are actively working on projects using a Local Storage data source, it is recommended that you finish labeling them using the desktop application.

Another option is to move your images to a cloud storage bucket such as Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage and connect to that data source.

The web version will offer a Local Assets upload feature if you wish to upload local files to the cloud for labeling.

This guide will help you transition your projects to your new Sense account.
